Shipping & Returns Policy

This returns policy is only applicable to Brentwood-Benson Music Publishing choral product. It does not affect your returns policy for Provident Music record company product.

An RA number is required when returning choral music product.

Regular daily orders of choral and hymnal product will receive no returns allowance except for defective or misshipped product. Consumer print (folios, keyboard books, etc.) may be returned but an RA number is required.

Returns privileges are limited to certain seasonal stock order packages, with the authorized returns percentage predetermined by the package plan chosen by the dealer (package plan not applicable to churches or individual consumers).

A. Any choral product returned without authorization and an RA number will receive no credit.

B. Call your Account Representative for an RA number.

C. Be prepared to give the number of the invoice for which you want credit.

D. You will be given credit for returns based on the predetermined percentage of your original order. An RA number will be given to you by your sales representative and should be written on the outside of the box being returned. A print out will be sent to you with the approved credited amount indicated.

E. Please return Brentwood-Benson Music choral product separately from Provident Music record company product.

F. Return your choral product along with the RA number written on the outside of the box to:

During the checkout process, you will be given the option to choose which method your prefer. Due to rising shipping costs and daily rate changes, additional charges may apply. Shipping costs will vary. Expedited orders (Next-Day, 2-Day, 3-Day) must be submitted by 11:00 am CST, Monday - Friday, to ensure prompt delivery and refer only to business days, Monday - Friday.
